Sometimes we are put in unavoidable situations where we are inactive, for example, standing in a long line in a store. When we finally walk away from waiting, we are sometimes left with a feeling of being tired because being inactive is tiresome. This proverb warns us about consistently living an inactive lifestyle. When change happens we can either build walls by resisting and making the change even more difficult to endure, or we could build windmills and have the winds of change work for us just.
